Purpose of the site

AstroAlgos provides educational astronomy visualizations and explanations based largely on methods from Jean Meeus’ Astronomical Algorithms. Content is offered free of charge for personal and educational use.

No warranty

Positions, times and illustrations are computed with care but are provided “as is”, without warranty of fitness for navigation, safety-critical or professional use. Always cross-check critical data with authoritative sources.

Natal chart

The natal chart positions are computed astronomically. The written reading is generated by an AI language model (OpenAI) from those positions. Astrology is offered for entertainment and personal reflection only: it is not scientific, medical, financial or psychological advice.

The illustrated chart with its reading, PDF and image is a digital product sold for €9, paid through Stripe. It is generated and made available immediately after payment. If the chart cannot be delivered or a file is faulty, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. How your birth details are handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Ads and affiliates

Some pages display Google AdSense ads and Amazon Associates links (tags blueplanetcoo-20 on Amazon.com and teleguide-21 on Amazon.fr). As an Amazon Associate, AstroAlgos earns from qualifying purchases. See the Privacy Policy for details. The full-sky canvas pages show no Google ads, only a small Amazon suggestion that you can dismiss.

Intellectual property

Site design, code and original text belong to Laurent Remond / AstroAlgos unless otherwise noted. References to Jean Meeus’ work are for educational attribution; the book itself remains under its publisher’s rights.
